Berry Parfait Delight

1 cup Greek yogurt
1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
1/4 cup granola
1 tablespoon honey

1. In a glass or bowl, layer 1/4 cup Greek yogurt.
2. Add a layer of mixed berries on top.
3. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of granola over the berries.
4. Repeat the layers until the glass is full.
5. Drizzle honey on the top layer for a touch of sweetness.

Turkey and Avocado Wraps

4 large lettuce leaves (such as butter or romaine)
8 slices deli turkey breast
1 ripe avocado, sliced
1 tomato, sliced
1/4 cup shredded carrots
