An employee in this position supports the Director of Resident Care and ensures proper resident care is provided by the resident care staff to residents in an Adult Foster Care (AFC) Assisted Living and Memory Care environment and is responsible for monitoring each resident’s individualized service care plan. This employee is a working supervisor and is responsible for shift duties and managing the care staff on duty during assigned shifts.
An employee in this position is responsible for the safe handling of foods and preparation of meals for residents in an Adult Foster Care (AFC) Assisted Living and Memory Care environment.

An employee in this position provides direct care to residents in an Adult Foster Care (AFC) Assisted Living and Memory Care Community by assisting them with activities of daily living. Certified Nursing Assistant Certificate preferred but not required, Memory Care experience a plus.

An employee in this position is responsible for the planning, direction, evaluation and administration of the resident care program provided to residents in an Adult Foster Care (AFC) Assisted Living and Memory Care community as well as the leadership of all staff as directed by the Executive Director.

An employee in this position assists in achieving a sanitary, clean, and safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors by providing a variety of cleaning tasks that are in accordance with established hygienic standards.

An employee in this position provides support to the Executive Director in Human Resource administration, training and employee relations. This position also includes front desk operations, communicating information to residents and staff, answering the phones, greeting residents, visitors and the general public in an Adult Foster Care (AFC) Assisted Living and Memory Care environment.

An employee in this position is responsible for the planning, organization, and administration of the resident activity program. Positive and fun attitude is required, and an ability to create engaging activities and programming for our residents. Previous experience in senior activities programming, working with seniors with Alzheimer’s Disease and related dementias is preferred.

An employee in this position provides direct care to residents in an Adult Foster Care (AFC) Assisted Living and Memory Care Community by assisting them with activities of daily living. Certified Nursing Assistant Certificate preferred but not required, Memory Care experience a plus.
