The Heartlands Senior Living offers something unique for everyone, including the surrounding community. Our Community Center offers a warm and friendly country-style design, nestled in the center of The Heartlands. It is available for public use by appointment and offers all of the amenities needed to host a gathering or special event, including:

We rented the community center for my sister in law’s baby shower. We had all day access, were able to use the beautiful kitchenette and the space was set up exactly how we wanted when we arrived.

We rented the Community Center for my bridal shower and it was perfect! The staff is so accommodating and easy to work with. Not only is it a BEAUTIFUL space, but it has everything we needed including an open gathering space with tables and chairs, large kitchen, restrooms, tv for a slideshow, and a media room a few children utilized to watch a movie. I recommend this space to everyone and will certainly be having other events here in the future. Such a great addition to Marlette and the surrounding communities!

Our family rented the Heartlands Community Center for a baby shower. It is a beautiful inviting venue that comfortably accommodated and impressed our 75 guests. The kitchen has a spacious island that provided ample space for serving our meal. We are blessed to have this affordable venue available for family celebrations and community special occasions.

A great place for any occasion!! The tables were already set up!! All we had to do was sweep and take the garbage out at the end of our dinner!! The price was great to have all day access!! Would definitely rent again!!

The facility was perfect for our shower. Clean, everything was easily accessible. Everyone commented on how nice it was
