Hosting your event at The Heartlands also provides a unique opportunity to connect with our vibrant senior living community. Many of our residents enjoy attending public events and engaging with visitors, and we love it when new faces become familiar ones.

In fact, several local clubs and organizations already partner with us to hold recurring meetings, educational seminars, and social events, creating a shared space that benefits everyone involved.

Renting Our Community Center for Your Next Event

We’re proud to offer a unique space available to our residents, their family members, and the Marlette community! Our community center offers a warm and friendly country-style design, nestled in the center of The Heartlands. Marlette public is able to rent this hall by appointment to host a gathering or special event, like:

  • Bridal Parties
  • Birthday Parties
  • Family Reunion
  • Club Meeting
  • Engagement Announcements
  • Community Presentation
  • And more! 

Features and Amenities

An essential part of our center is the available rental amenities you need to host your special event.

  • Our multi-purpose community room allows you to host up to 60 guests comfortably with our indoor dining and sitting area.
  • Available seven days a week from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. with appointment confirmation
  • A kitchen that includes a fridge and freezer, microwave, and sink.
  • Men’s and Women’s restrooms.
  • Outdoor Patio and seating for cookouts and seasonal gatherings
  • Parking spaces are available for guests.

We rented the Community Center for my bridal shower and it was perfect! The staff is so accommodating and easy to work with. Not only is it a BEAUTIFUL space, but it has everything we needed including an open gathering space with tables and chairs, large kitchen, restrooms, tv for a slideshow, and a media room a few children utilized to watch a movie. I recommend this space to everyone and will certainly be having other events here in the future. Such a great addition to Marlette and the surrounding communities!

Our family rented the Heartlands Community Center for a baby shower. It is a beautiful inviting venue that comfortably accommodated and impressed our 75 guests. The kitchen has a spacious island that provided ample space for serving our meal. We are blessed to have this affordable venue available for family celebrations and community special occasions.
